With 50 years of industry experience, Linn Building Maintenance is more than a janitorial and maintenance company – we’re a family legacy. Linden Kissell started Linn Building Maintenance in 1973 by balancing a full-time position and also working janitorial roles in the evenings and on the weekends.

Our business began on the foundation of building relationships with our clients and staff, up-front involvement with the operations of the business, and delivering a high-quality service, with honesty and dependability to our clients.

Linn Building Maintenance is now a third-generation owned and operated business, serving the greater Minneapolis, St. Paul, and surrounding areas.
